Redwood Revolution is a rock band from Humboldt County, CA. America's Cannabis Capitol.
We are an alternative rock band. We play originals and modern rock and classic rock covers.
The band recently released two LIVE albums for local fans - Over Time (Live) and The Covers (Live).
Over Time (Live), officially released on Jan. 15, 2025, is a new audio AND live video full album
of the band's original alternative and indie rock tunes. It features bandleader Beth Isbell on
vocals and guitar, Hollis Muenster on bass and vocals, Ed Mitchell on drums, and the

This album of original tunes is from a live on-the-air performance on KMUD FM (Redway, CA)
recorded on November 9, 2024. Beth Isbell is the group's main songwriter and wrote all the
songs on this new album except Witchy Witchy Woman a blues rock tune by Hollis
Muenster,and the epic song Slow written by Matthew Green of The Colour Green, arranged by
Beth Isbell. (3 or the 4 members of Redwood Revolution (Beth, Hollis, Spencer) also were in
The Colour Green.) This album is a live performance on the radio show Layin' It Down 4 Real
with Lisa Luv on KMUD FM. The album features several short interviews of the band
interweaved with the band’s live original songs just as the show went out live on-the-air on the
North Coast of California on KMUD's airwaves. Over Time (Live) is being released nationally
on January 15, 2024 to Apple, Spotify, and major music retailers, and on our BandCamp page.
The Covers (Live) is a collection of 11 live cover songs (and yes we’ve paid the license fees
to release all these songs). This is also a dual audio and video of live performances album.

It features the same line-up of the band. Spencer Kennedy's lead guitar work on this album is
truly next level. This album is intended by the band as a free give-away for fans who come out

Redwood Revolution is a dynamic new alternative rock band. Live is definitely the way to
experience this band. Isbell's haunting original tunes are served well by Kennedy’s over the
top lead guitar work and the band's improvisational performances. Spencer Kennedy's lead
guitar work in the band is truly next-level. His performance fits like a glove over Isbell and
Muenster's original songs and the cover songs this band included on The Covers. Truly epic!
